Many of you must have noticed that today, Google was paying tribute to Jacques Plante by featuring him in their logo but why today?

Now, in current news, here's what happened today:

- Michael Chaput was put on Waivers;
- The fourth line at practice was made up of Deslauriers-Thompson-Weise making Hudon and Peca the extras;
-Claude Julien confirmed that Paul Byron would not come to Nashville and Tampa Bay with the team, he's hoping for good news when the team returns home;
-Eric Engels cracked me up with this tweet:

On changing stalls, Dale Weise says, “I could be in the bathroom in this rink and I’d be happy to be here.”

-There will be no practice tomorrow morning before flying to Nashville as the mother of all snow storm is forecasted and the team will be leaving earlier than initially planned.
-The number of Habs blog today was definitely under 2.50;
-My dog is rather annoyed that you would think I was a cat person;

Look, to try to come up with something about Jacques Plante that might be new or engaging would be terrific...maybe some interviews with current goalies or how has the gear changed...and even then that would be tough. A sideliner noting the anniversary would be fine. Take it as a negative if you want but I'm thinking maybe take it as a bit of constructive criticism and move on.

Unfortunately bloggers do not have press credentials, its not possible to get interviews with current greats, if it was i would love to do it. Constructive criticism is fine but telling someone they copy pasted when they didnt is not constructive criticism. Takes over an hour to write a real blog and being told it’s copy pasted is the equivalent of saying it took minutes to do so yeah, that will annoy a writer sorry.

I felt like talking about Plante because not everyone knows everything. The casual fan might know about the mast but not the rest...not everyone has the same knowledge...

Be constructive in your feedback and i’ll gladly take it on board.

Heard is an upper body injury, but he’s so short wouldn’t any injury to him be lower body??

It’s confusing..

One of the piglets showed up here about 45 mins ago, claiming she can’t stay at her house because of paint smell.

She’s demo’d a bottle of wine and two plates of nachos and cheese and is not finished by any means.

She was complaining to mrs26 that she has to curb her eating, I suggested cutting a (frank)ing hand off..

Holy hell.

My 2 cents: Despite the fact that on this site we have a few, albeit faithful commenters, we are blessed with not one, but two bloggers. And yet we're always female doging and complaining about one thing or another. And if we're not complaining, we're creating a non existent feud between the two said bloggers. They both write differently and both have strengths and weaknesses. If you ain't got nothing nice to say, just shut up and wait until someone says something that you can chime in on. Karine and Brandon are both doing great, and we're lucky to have them.
